SNA Refutes withdrawal of its soldiers from towns in Hiran
Somali National Army has denied on Tuesday the report from Abdirahman Abdow DHimbil, the commander of AMISOM’s sector 4 of Djiboutian contingent saying SNA soldiers and Ethiopian troops have withdrawn from strategic areas in Somali central regions.
In an interview with Goobjoog News, SNA commander, Mohamed said that SNA wouldn’t pull back from any town or location that will let Al-Shabab to recapture.
“Out soldiers are still in Bu’aqable, Eel-Ali and all other areas recaptured from Al-Shabab fighters” he said.
He added that they would move ahead to recapture new areas Al-Shabab fighters.
This comes after AMISOM’s Sector 4 Contingent, Col. Abdirahman Abdi Dhimbil accused Ethiopian troops and SNA soldiers of abandoning towns and villages recaptured from Al-Shabab fighters which fallen the hands of the fighters once again.
