SoDMA chairman opens humanitarian coordination forum in Galmudug

GOOBJOOG NEWS | DHUSAMAREB: Somali Disaster Management Authority (SoDMA) chairman Mohamud Moalim Abdulle has opened the Galmudug Humanitarian Coordination Forum in Dhusamareb, the administrative center of Galmudug.

The forum is meant to discuss the humanitarian situation in Galmudug, with the aim of preventing disasters and preparing for the delivery of emergency aid to areas hit by natural disasters and also to areas liberated from the Al-shabaab militants starting with El-bur city.

The meeting was attended by the Galmudug Ministers of Humanitarian, Agriculture, Health, representatives from donor agencies, officials from the SoDMA agency and other officials.
