Somali Gov’t dissolves Benadir Chamber of commerce

A press release from the office of the Somali minister of commerce and industry in the federal government of Somalia Abdullahi Ali Hassan disbanded Banadir chamber of commerce and industry.

In a statement, the minister said his ministry will soon start the process to form leadership for the chamber and appointment will be conducted by the Ministry of Trade and Industry.

Earlier, the Somali National Security and Intelligence Agency arrested the director of the Benadir Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry with his deputy for allegedly links with AlShabaab launch investigation to the matter.
