Somali parliament allows PM Sharma’arke 2 weeks to appoint his new cabinet

The federal parliament of Somalia had its normal meeting in the parliament building on Saturday.
The speaker of federal parliament chairing today’s meeting read the statement submitted by prime minister Abdirashid to the federal parliament.
After long debate the speaker ordered the lawmakers to cast vote for the request of the premier as to be given 14 days to be able to appoint new cabinet.
subsequent to the votes the speaker enounced the results, 190 MPs voted in favour of the prime minister’s request, 10 rejected while 2 abstained therefore prime minister Abdirashid was granted two weeks to appoint new cabinet.
