Somalia: first deputy speaker opens seminar for permanent committees of federal parliament

The first deputy speaker of federal government of Somalia Jaylani Noor Ikar opened seminar for permanent committees of federal parliament in kampala.

The aim of the seminar is to promote the knowledge and the expertise of the permanent committee of federal government.

Opening the ceremony, the first deputy speaker Mr. Ikar on behalf of the members sent condolence to the assassinated members of federal parliament.

Finally Jaylani thanked AWEPA organization that has organized the seminar stating that this seminar is the start of other seminars which the permanent committees will attend during their free time.
