Somalia: Foreign Minister meets parliamentary foreign committee
The ministry of foreign affairs of federal government of Somalia took meeting with parliamentary foreign committee in Mogadishu to discuss the process of transforming Somali foreign embassies submitted by the ministry.
Abdirahman Duale Beile, foreign affairs minister of federal government of Somalia told the media that the ministry’s meeting with the committee is aimed discussing in details the implementation of the government plan to reform foreign embassies and the diplomatic relations with outside world.
Mr. Duale said this kind of meeting will be routine in order to solve the upcoming challenges of government plan.
The federal government has recently announced that all foreign embassies will be reduced to 31 so as to modify the diplomatic relations of Somalia with outside world.
