Somaliland Electoral Commission announces election schedule for 8 seats

GOOBJOOG NEWS/ BAIDOA: The Somaliland Electoral Commission has announced the election schedule for 8 seats in the 11th Parliament of the Federal Government of Somalia.

A statement issued by the Commission has indicated January 30 to February 1, 2022, as the days allotted to registration of delegates and candidates for the eight announced seats.

The Commission announced that the elections for the eight seats will be held in Mogadishu on February 2, 2022.

Below are the seats up for election on February 2 in Mogadishu:
