The National Consultative Forum Communiqué
“The Mogadishu declaration of National consultative forum” as it gives its name, appears to be one of the most important documents of Somali 2016 electoral process. The declaration contains seven critical points for 2016 election including bicameral legislature, where and how the members of both houses come from, the quota of women, youth and minority and political road maps.
