With calls to attend consultative conference scheduled to take place in Mogadishu as to establish the roadmap for the 2016 elections three regional leaders arrived in the Somali capital Saturday.
Leaders of South-west, Jubbaland and Puntland semiotonomous region are in Mogadishu.
