Turkish air ambulance arrives in Mogadishu with medical supplies
A plane carrying Turkish doctors and medicine in aid of those affected by Saturday’s bomb attack landed at Mogadishu’s Aden Adde International Airport early Sunday morning.
The Minister of Information of the Federal Government of Somalia and other government officials welcomed the Turkish delegation at Aden Adde International Airport and received medical treatment from the Turkish government.
The Somali government thanked the Turkish government for responding to the needs of the Somali people and emergency services.
The suicide bombing at Ex-Control Afgoye yesterday resulted in casualties and injuries, with the Somali government concentrating on taking people who are critically ill for medical treatment abroad.
