Turkish engineer survives bomb attack in the outskirts of Mogadishu
A Turkish engineer was inspecting the construction of the road along Mogadishu-Afgooye survived a bomb attack Wednesday afternoon after the vehicle he was travelling in hit a landmine.
Eyewitnesses told Goobjoog News the 4×4 vehicle carrying the official from a Turkish construction company hit a landmine around Geresbaley area in the outskirts of Mogadishu.
The official was rushed to Digfeer hospital for emergency medical help. It was not immediately clear if there were other occupants in the vehicle.
