UN Envoy to Somalia And Jubbland President meet in Kismayo

UN Secretary-General Special Representative for Somalia, Michael Keating paid a visit today to Kismayo where he met with the Leader of the Interim Jubba Administration (IJA), Sheikh Ahmed Mohamed Islan Madobe, and members of his cabinet.
Jubbland president welcomed the visit of Michael Keating to Kismayo saying his state accepts the 2016 election process roadmap and the 4.5 model but said he won’t accept his state to be called as interim state.

Michael Keating in his side emphasized the need of Somali people  to go forward and live under unity and peace ” Somali wants peace, unity , you want move forward” meanwhile Jubbland president   dismissed Kenyan air raids in Gedo region and  called as propaganda
