UN sends Eid wishes to all Somalis 

GOOBJOOG NEWS|MOGADISHU: A statement from the Office of the Special Representative of the United Nations Secretary-General for Somalia, Ambassador James Swan, congratulates the people of Somalia on the occasion of Eid al-Adha.

The United Nations wishes all Somalis a “Happy Eid.”

“Warm congratulations on Eid al-Adha from the United Nations in Somalia,” said James Swan, Special Representative of the United Nations Secretary-General for Somalia.

“We join the Somali people in commemorating this day and their hopes for reconciliation, compassion, unity and peace.”
