World Food Program to support farmers in Hirshabelle

GOOBJOOG NEWS | HIRSHABELLE: The World Food Program has announced plans to support farmers and support displaced persons in Hirshabelle State.
While meeting Hirshabelle president state Ali Gudlawe Hussein in Jowhar, World Food Program Director County Director for Somalia Laura Tuner also said they will support measures to mitigate climate change and control flooding by the Shabelle River.
The meeting was attended by Ministers and other officials of the Hirshabelle State, and the President who thanked the WFP organization for their unwavering support of the Somali people.
