The body of a young girl found dead in Galgaduud region, Somalia

The body of Aisha Mohamed Muhamud who has been missing for several days has been found on the outskirts of Godinlabe district under Galgaduud region.

The relatives of Aisha has been searching for 15 days and later her body was found dead on Monday morning after her hands were tied, slaughtered and dumped in a whole.

The mother of the deceased girl, Fartun Abdullahi Sheikh Ali told Goobjoog news that her daughter has kidnapped and raped and later killed in bush.

“I lost my girl; my girl has been killed by an inhuman person but I need and request justice. She called me three times during her lives time while she is claiming and telling me many problems and later killed,” said her mother.

According to security investigations report, local police placed on suspicion of involvement in Aisha’s murder.

On February 25, 2019, Aisha Eliyas was found dead in a northern suburb of Galkayo, where her body appeared to be severely tortured who went missing for hours and later found dumped.
