Adado Conference Enters into its Second Phase

Preparations are on for the start of second phase oif Adado conference as central state formation takes shape.

The second phase will include some 400 delegates who will vote for the constitution and other key articles.

Interior minister Abdirahman Odawaa is in Adado to oversee the exercise, but challenges still faces the conference.
