Al-Shabab executes 3 men in El-Buur district, Central Galgugud region

Al-Shabab militants have shot dead three civilians accused of spying for the federal government at Ceelbur district in Central Galgadud region of Somalia.

The group said the three men who were working with the US-led African Union mission in Somalia and regional government’s security forces has been executed. The men identified as Ahmed Nurow Mohamed 23, Bashir Mohamud Dharow 22, and Bashir Ahmed Abdulle 50 years old.

On April 16th 2020, Al-Shabab executed 6 men at Jammame district identified as Aden Adan, Adan Abdullahi Haji, Osman Abdulle Afrah, Hassan Hafow Saney, Ali Madkerow and Hilowle Bashir Adan.

On 26th January 2020, Al-Shabab has publicly executed Muse Husein Siyad 31 years old, who was accused of a member of the United States-trained Brigade, Husein Mohamed Abdi Arsal 20 years old accused of been a member of Jubaland Forces in Bar Sanguni. Faliir Yaro Ali 75 years old accused of working with the Kenya Defense Forces (KDF) in Hosingow area of Lower Juba region lastly shoot at Kasuma Village

Al-Shabab has also carried out various killings by civilian people accused of having links with the Somali government and working with as a spy.
