Bare Hirale and delegates arrive Kismayo

Reports from Kismayo state that Bare Adan Shire aka Bare Hirale arrived Kismayo, he was warmly welcomed by senior interim Juba administration officials.
He was immediately moved to the presidential palace where he is taking closed door meeting with top IJA leaders, federal government ministers and IGAD officials.
The security of the city was tightened by IJA forces and AMISOM troops who are seen in all the junctions and the major roads of the Kismayo.
On Thursday Bare Hirale accepted to take part in the second phase of Juba reconciliation conference which scheduled to take place in Kismayo 12th September.
