Three soldiers die in landmine explosion in Jubbaland military base

At least three Jubbalnd military officials have been killed and three others injured in a landmine explosion inside a military camp in Jubbaland, sources day.
“The mine was burried under a tree that militry official used to meet. Three military officials were killed and three others sustained injuries,” a military source told Goobjoog News
Shirkore militry base is adjacent to state presidential palace. All roads to and from the base and presidential palace have been cordoned off as investigations are underway.
The explosion comes barely a month after an explosives laden car rammed into a military training academy in the area killing at least 16 soldiers and wounding scores of others.
