Bulo-Burte administration and elders discuss distribution of food aid

The administration of Bulo-Burte in Hiran region is taking with meeting elders, their meeting focused on the distribution of food aid from Djibouti to the affected people.

Bulo-burte district commissioner Ahmed Abdulle Waasuge who attended the meeting told the elders that his administration will form a committee to distribute the food aid donated by the government of Djibouti.

Hiran administration spokesman told Goobjoog FM that the elders and the administration agreed to prevent anything that might lead to injustice during the distribution of food aid to the residents.

The elders thanked president Isamail Omar Gelle and the government of Djibouti for his assistance and solidarity to Hiran residents during hardship.

On Thursday conviy of trucks transporting food aid from Djibouti reached Bulo-Burte a time when A delegate of federal government ministers visited the district.
