Cleaning campaign in Shibis district ahead of Eid-ul-Adha tommorow

A cleaning campaign was on Tuesday launched in Shibis to beautify and sanitize the distrcit.
Shibis district commissioner, Ahmed Mumin Mohamed said the exercise was aimed at cleaning and collecting garbage from market places and streets in order to restore the image of the district.
“This campaign will play very important role in the process to beautify the district and this will be continuous till we make sure that town is cleaned” he said.
He added that the campaign would make a big difference in the sanitary conditions in the Shibis district and will bring back the beauty of the district.
Ahmed warned the traders who sell things along the road and dump the garbage in the streets adding that the campaign would make a big difference in the sanitary conditions in the district and will bring back the beauty of Shibis.

Meanwhile the DC urged the locals in Shibis district to take part in the cleaning campaign in the district as well as the capital city.
