Dogs suffering from rabies kill one person in Jowhar

At least one person died and many others sustained serious injuries after sick dogs suffering from rabies attacked people in Jowhar district, the capital of middle Shabelle region.

The residents of Jowhar district express concern over the increasing number of infected dogs flocking into the town fearing that their effect might increase.

Our correspondent in Middle Shabelle region Adan Hussein Daud says a good number of dogs walking in groups are seen in the town at night.

The affected people are now being treated in the health centers.
