FESTU Mourns the Killing of Two Workers in Mogadishu
The Federation of the Somali Trade Unions (FESTU) mourns the loss of two workers in Mogadishu and condemns the assassination in the strongest terms possible and call for swift investigation into the case.
The employees who worked for the Somali government through contractual services were killed outside their house in Hamar Jabjab district in Mogadishu, after a bomb attacked to their car exploded, one of the slain workers was named Eng. Ahmed Osman .
Federation of Somali Trade Unions (FESTU) condemns the brutal assassination against the two workers and call for prompt investigations into the murder of the two workers.
“We condemn the cool blooded murder against the Engineer and his driver in Mogadishu.” Mohamed Ibrahim, FESTU General Secretary said, “Swift investigations must be carried out in order to bring the culprits in front of a fair court.”
