Five SNA soldiers killed, 8 injured after vehicle veers of the road in Balcad district 

GOOBJOOG NEWS|BALCAD: Five Somali National Army soldiers have died and eight others have been seriously injured after the vehicle they were traveling in lost control and overturned in Balcad district.

The soldiers, who were heading to the central region of Somalia from Mogadishu for a security operation, are said to have encountered the unfortunate incident after their vehicle, which was being driven at a neck-breaking speed, flipped off the road.

The injured soldiers were brought back to Mogadishu, where they are currently receiving treatment for their injuries.
