Galmudug denies its forces involved in clash in Ethiopia town

GOOBJOOG NEWS|DHUSAMAREB: The Galmudug state government has dismissed accusations that its regional forces were involved in fighting in a border town on the Ethiopian side.

Information Miniter Abshir Sheikhow said the fighting was between local communities in Kiil near Shilabo district of Ethiopia’s Qorrahey region.

The rebuttal follows accusations by the Somali Regional Government in Ethiopia that Galmudug forces were involved in the fighting in the border town.
