Galmudug to hold elections for four seats in Dhusamareb today

GOOBJOOG NEWS/DHUSAMAREB: Galmudug State Elections Implementation Team (SIET) has announced the names of candidates who will be running for four seats to be held on Thursday, 03/02/2022, in Dhusamareb.

Seat HOP 139, HOP 051 and HOP 061 have each attracted two contestants, while seat HOP 049 will be contested by four candidates.

The following parliamentary seats will be up for elections in Dhusamareb tomorrow.

1. HOP139: currently held by Abdihakim Maalim Ahmed

2. HOP049: held by Mustaf Sheikh Ali Duhulow 

3. HOP051: held Hassan Moalim Mohamud Sheikh Ali 

4. HOP 061: held by Abdiweli Mohamed Qanyare Afrah
