Government promises to ensure effeciency in passport issuance

GOOBJOOG NEWS | MOGADISHU: The Director General of the Somali Immigration and Nationality Agency Ahmed Saeed Mohamed has emphasized the need to improve delivery of government services to the people.

Speaking when he visited the passport issuance agency, Mohamed said that government officials should work on improving relations with members of the public.

During the visit, the Director General was briefed by the various department heads on the various challenges facing the agency while delivering its task of passport issuance.

The Director General also interviewed the staff working in the offices to understand the challenges they face in a way to improve efficiency at the department.
