Gunmen kill 1 civilian on a minibus in Galgadud,Somalia

Unknown gunmen have early Saturday ambushed a civilian minibus, which came from Kahandhale of Galgaduud region.

The reports indicate that gunmen have sprayed bullets on the civilian minibus around Dhabad area killing one of the passengers and injured more than four people.

A witness confirmed for Goobjoog News that the minibus with the passengers have lost the control after the vehicle was sprayed bullets by the gunmen and the vehicle has rolled down several times.

The motive on the incident is yet unknown, But tensions have been running high in the region for the last days between two rival clans.

More than 30 people were killed and a dozen others injured since Wednesday’s confrontation that broke out over land-related issues according to locals.
