Hudur Administration Claims Victory Over Clashes With Al-shabab
Administration of Hudur district has given out details of gun battle engaged the government forces and Al-Shabab fighters in areas under Hudur district.
Adan Abdi Abaaray, deputy district commissioner for security affairs who gave exclusive interview to Goobjoog News stated the government forces dislodged Shabab fighters from Mooragabay locality and other areas.
“The government forces are heading for other Al-Shabab controlled areas 10 km away from Hudur town” he said.
He added that government will keep on fighting till Al-Shabab and their sympathisers are annihilated.
“Our soldiers are ready to weed out Al-Shabab fighter from areas under Hudur district” he noted.
Speaking about the situation of the residents of his district, the deputy said that humanitarian crisis in the district.
Al-Shabab imposed tight sanctions by blocking the main trade routes leading to Hudur town and other towns in Bakool after they driven out of many towns.
