Landmine Explosion target government troops in Awdhegle district

Landmine Explosion target government troop’s vehicle at Awdhegle district in Middle shabelle region. At least one of the government soldiers and a civilian killed in the blasts and three others were injured leaving a patch of rubble smashed at the scene.

Witness told Goobjoog News the blasts targeted an army vehicle leading the exploded bombs to get casualties to the civilians who were passing the area and later rushed to medical treatment.

Security forces arrived the scene as they have launched a further investigation on the incident; the security officials have not yet released any information about the blast that took place in Awdhegle district today.

No group has claimed the responsibility but search attacks have been known Al-Shabab militias.
