MP Accuses Government of Faulty Diplomacy
Somali veteran MP Mohamed Omar Dalha has accused the foreign ministry of not doing enough in diplomatic fronts, especially towards Arab country.
MP Mohamed who is also in the Arab League Parliament said that some monetary pledges by Arab countries to Somalia remained unclaimed; some are even diverted to other countries.
“The un paid funds is because there was no one to claim since PM Farmajo was in the helm, these guys are only fighting among them, they don’t have an agenda whatsoever” said the MP.
“Among the countries who benefited from Somalia’s inefficiency diplomacy is Djibouti, they come up with active diplomacy” added the MP.
His comments came at a time when Somalia foreign minister Abdusalam Hadliye is in Egypt attending Arab League summit.
