Out-going health minister:The ministry is making efforts to give full medical services to Somali people in collaboration with health agencies

The out-going minister for Health of federal government of Somalia Ali Mohamed Mohamud has taken meeting with officials from United Nations agencies on health, the meeting was also attended by health ministers of Jubaland Galmudug states.

During the meeting the officials addressed the achievements of the ministry and the challenges faced so as to develop the health services in the country next year.

The health ministers from the regional states said their are no complete health services in their respective regions hence opportunity of this special meeting to address their problems and outdo the challenges systematically.

They called the ministry and the aid agencies to assist in the development of basic health services in their respective regions.

Finally the out-going health minister Ali Mohamed Mohamud aka Ali Hared pointed out that the Ministry is making efforts to give full medical services to Somali people in collaboration with health agencies.
