President Mohamud to chair a leaders’ consultative meeting in Mogadishu

GOOBJOOG NEWS | MOGADISHU: Federal Government of Somalia’s president Hassan Sheikh Mohamud is scheduled to chair a consultative meeting for all current and former political leaders of the country in Mogadishu Wednesday.

The two-day meeting will also be attended by the former and current Presidents, Prime Ministers, and Speakers of the Parliament of the Federal Government of Somalia.

The meeting will focus on the situation of the country and the current leadership will receive advice from the former leaders.

This is part of the government’s plan to create a platform that will invite all leaders to participate in nation building.
