Puntland executes three Al-Shabab fighters

A court in Somalia’s north-eastern state of Puntland handed down death sentences to three alleged Al Shabaab members and were excutet on Monday.
Mohamed Abdi Ahmed, Hajow Shiekh Noor Osman and Ismail Abdulkadir Jama’a were excuted, according to the Puntland security Ministry.
Puntland minister for Security, Hassan Osman Allore speaking to the media said that puntland executed three alleged AlShabab members.
Puntland courts have sentenced several of alleged Shabab fighters to death in recent months.
Puntland is trying to dwindle unrelenting rampage by Al Shabaab fighters operating from hideouts along Gagala Mountains.
