Security Forces in Galgaddud Nab Senior Al-Shabaab Militant

GOOBJOOG NEWS | GALGADUD: Security forces in Galgadud region have captured a senior member of the Al-Shabaab militant group.

Galmudug state police force captured Idris Mohamed Sheikh in Mareergur area of Galgadud region Wednesday morning following an operation in the area.

Sources said the militant was handed over to the National Intelligence and Security Agency (NISA) for further investigations.
