SNA Forces Kill 10 Al-Shabaab militants in Galgadud Region

GOOBJOOG NEWS|GALGADUD: Ten Al-Shabaab militants, among them two commanders, were killed in a military operation in Galgadud region Monday morning.

Somali National Army Land Forces commander Abdulle Mohamud Barre told journalists that his forces, with the support of allied clan militia inflicted casualties on Al-Shabaab militants in El dheer area of Galgadud region.

The offensive comes barely a day after Danab Special Forces with the backing of international partners killed 60 Al-Shabaab militants in Halgan area of Hiiraan region according to military sources.
