SNA to support SoDMA in providing crucial aid to flood victims

GOOBJOOG NEWS | MOGADISHU: The Somali National Army will continue supporting efforts by the National Disaster Management Agency (SoDMA) in providing crucial humanitarian aid to people affected by floods across the country.

While visiting SoDMA headquarters in Mogadishu on Tuesday, Defense Minister Abdinur Dahir Fiidow accompanied by SNA Deputy Commander Gen. Madey Nurey stated that the army will continue delivering aid and evacuating victims from affected areas.

The State Minister and the Army officials held a meeting with the Commissioner of the SoDMA, Mohamud Moalim Abdulle.

The Commissioner of SoDMA thanked the Armed Forces, the Police force, and the Somali security agencies for their support to the people.
