South West announces elections for four seats in Baidoa

GoOBJOOG NEWS/BAIDOA: The South West State Election Implementation Committee has today announced elections for four seats set to be elected in the coming days.

The South West state is yet to hold elections for 19 seats two days after the February 25 deadline, with elections for the remaining seats set to be held in the city of Baidoa.

Below are the seats announced by the South West elections team and the sitting MPs:

1. HOP275: Sheikh Sha’ir Sheikh Mohamed Hassan.

2. HOP230: Abdirahman Adan Ibrahim (IBBI).

3. HOP183: Sandheere Mohamed Iftin.

4. HOP178: Hassan Ali Mohamed Amar-dambe (former Minister of Defense).
