South West president appoints ‘special envoy’ to UK and Turkey

South West state president has appointed a ‘special envoy’ to the UK and Turkey.

The South West State President Abdiaziz Mohamed said in a letter dated May 19 seen by Goobjoog News that it had appointed Abukar Mohamed Hatimy to represent the state ‘with particular reference to the economic development of South West Somalia’.
