Beletweyne set to hold election for HOP058 seat

GOOBJOOG NEWS/JOWHAR: Hirshabelle State Election Implementation Team is today expected to hold elections for the HOP058 seat in Beledweyne town.

The electoral team yesterday registered a total of seven candidates for the HOP058 seat, previously held by Nur Idow Beyle, who will not be contesting for the seat after he withdrew from the race.

Below are the candidates running for today’s seat:

1. Abdullahi Mohamed Ali (Sanbaloolshe), former NISA Director.

2. Yonis Mohamed Nuur

3. Ali Abdullahi Osoble, former Hir-Shabelle President 

4. Abdulkadir Hussein Olow

5. Mohamud Afduub Makaraan

6. Abdullahi Ahmed Hussein

7. Ubah Ali Sheegow
