Election of HOP140 set for today in Jowhar

GOOBJOOG NEWS/JOWHAR: Hirshabelle State Elections Implementation Team is today expected to hold election of HOP140 seat in Hirshabelle’s capital, Jowhar.

The Hirshabelle polls team on Saturday in Jowhar town, awarded candidacy certificates to candidates running for the seat including Abdulkadir Osoble Ali, the Ilyas party leader and presidential candidate, who is said to have high stakes in today’s race.

The HOP 140 seat which has been held by Abdikadir for the past few years will today be contested by Abdikarin Elmi Tifow.
