Federal government urges the remaining sides outside Juba reconciliation to join the negotiation
The federal government of Somalia called the sides that boycotted the second phase of Juba reconciliation conference to join the meeting.
The assistant minister for public works of federal government Mohamed Ismail Shuriye giving exclusive interview to Goobjoog FM said the federal government has made efforts to end the political differences in Juba and Gedo regions by oganizing forums where the clans in the region can freely exchange their views.
“ The door is open for the politicians outside the reconciliation conference to join the negotiation” the assistant minister said.
He noted that its necessary for the clans in Juba and Gedo regions to solve their difference through negotiation, peaceful talks and compromise adding that the federal will take every step possible solve the tensions in the region.
Several politicians including Barre Hirale boycotted the second phase of Juba reconciliation conference that has entered its third day in Kismayo.
