Galmudug plans to commence reconciliation conference

The administration of Galmudug State is preparing to commence reconciliation conference for clans hailing from the regional state.

Galmudug minister for reconciliation Osman Mohamed So’daal told Goobjoog News that the youngest Somali regional state, Galmudug is a conference to bring together various clans in the region will take place soon to deal with differences which have severally spiraled into violence.

The minister underlined that the people of Galmudug are ready to iron out the differences among themselves and work together to build their state.

“I as minister for reconciliation, I make sure to knock every door for reconciliation. I will put more efforts to bring everybody to the negotiation table both plaintiff and the accused one, we have to put a lot of hard work for the restoration of peace and stability in these areas,” said So’daal.
