President Ware appoints committee for Relief food in Hiran region

In light of the humanitarian crisis caused by the flooding of the Shebelle River, President Ware has appointed a ministerial emergency response committee which will work directly with the other committee appointed by the federal government.

The committee consists of 13 ministers and governors in Hiraan region for the assistant of displaced people facing a lot of challenges in the area.

The duty of this committee has to monitor and evaluate the number of people affected by floods and the maximum support they need in terms of food, shelter and clean water.
