Puntland police nab suspect accused of committing twin murders

GOOBJOOG NEWS/GAROWE:Puntland police have closed in on a suspect accused of committing twin murders in Galkayo, the regional capital of Mudug.

The suspect, identified as Mowlid Mohamud Nur alias Aano Boore, is accused of deliberately killing two civilians namely; Ahmed Rawe and Mohamud Said Muse, both residents of Galkayo.

Mudug military officials said that Mowlid’s forty days had come to an end, as he had escaped the police dragnet for some time after charges were pressed on him for engaging in illicit drug business.
