Puntland security forces beef up security of Garowe town ahead of Election

Puntland State security forces have today started to tighten up the security of Garowe town the headquater of the state ahead of the election.

Many security forces from other parts of the region have been deployed to Garowe town to make secure there is peace and stability in the town during the election.

All the presidential candidate’s personal heavy security forces are also present in the town.

Puntland presidential candidates have started submitting their nomination papers on yesterday.

The Puntland presidential election is expected to kick off on 8th January 2018.
