Security official gunned down in Buhoodle, Somaliland

A security official was Monday night shot dead in Togdheer region under unclear circumstances, sources in the area said.

According to residents, the official identified as Hassan Sheikh Suleiman was gunned down in Buhoodle district located in Togdheer region by armed men who immediately fled the scene.

The motive of the killing was not immediately clear. There was no comment yet from local authorities.
