Sharif Hassan arrives the port city of Kismayo

The president of the newly established state of South West Somalia Sharif Hassan Sheikh Adan and delegation reached the port city of Kismayo.

On touching down at Kismayo airport by president Sharif and delegation were warmly welcomed by senior officials of interim Juba administration.

The two president joint press conference in the Kismayo, president Sharif said the aim behind his trip to Kismayo is strengthen the relations between the two administrations and intensify the fight against Al-shabab among others.

On his side IJA leader Ahmed Madobe said he is happy with the trip of South West president and his delegation to Kismayo.

The two regional leaders are now in closed door meeting at Kismayo state house.
