SNA soldier killed in Mogadishu

Somali National Army (SNA) soldier has been killed by suspected Al-shabab Gunmen in the capital, Mogadishu, official said on Saturday.

Young men wielding pistols gunned down the officer who was identified as Anshur Araye Subeyr  as he was at Ajibka nighbourhood in Dharkeyley district, according to Dharkeyley district commissioner, Omar mayre Maow.

He said that the killers escaped before police arrived the scene of the shooting.

Dharkeyley and Wadajir districts have been the scene of frequent attacks that killed many Government workers and soldiers in the past few weeks.
