SNA soldier shot and killed in broad daylight in Beletweyne

GOOBJOOG NEWS|BELETWEYNE: Armed men have this morning shot and killed a Somali National Army soldier in Beledweyne, the capital of Hiran region.

Witnesses said the soldier, only identified by his shortened name as Indha-Harar, was killed while walking on the road in Bulayacqub neighborhood in Beletweyne. 

The assailants are said to have robbed the soldier of his gun, an  AK-47, before fleeing the scene of murder.

Beletweyne security forces are said to have arrived immediately at the scene of murder and took the body of one of their own, promising to leave no stone unturned in bringing to justice the killers of the deceased soldier.
